My stay at Club Med Trancoso was a mixed bag. The resort's beauty and amenities were stunning, but some critical service issues left me disappointed. The overall experience was pleasant, yet improvements are definitely needed in certain areas.
I had a jungle view room on the top floor, which made me feel like I was in a treetop cabin, though the lack of air conditioning in the bathroom was uncomfortable.
While some staff were friendly and accommodating, I faced major issues with room service and communication during maintenance tasks that detracted from my experience.
The resort is beautifully located with amazing views, but accessing the beach involves a fun lift or a walk, which might not be ideal for everyone.
The food options were generally good, with a standout steak, but the limited beach bar menu with just cheese and ham was quite disappointing.
The pool area is fantastic, with plenty of space to relax or swim, but the service could be slow, especially from the only bar available.
